3. Consumer Guarantees, Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Goods If a product you purchase from us is faulty, defective in workmanship or materials, or is not fit for its stated purpose:

• We will fully comply with our statutory obligations to provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

• Gout Out® will cover or reimburse all reasonable return shipping costs for verified faulty items.

Voluntary Returns & Change of Mind Where individual Gout Out® products carry a specific satisfaction guarantee, or where we voluntarily accept a return for non-faulty items:

• The product must be returned to us with valid proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order receipt).

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
