Q: How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

A: Standard shipping across NZ typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Rural delivery may require an additional 1 to 2 days. Tracking information via NZ Post is emailed automatically as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. For more information, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

Q: What is the dispatch timeframe for my order?

A: Orders are processed at our Hamilton warehouse on weekdays. Your order will mostly be processed the same day or the next business day following your order. All shipments are collected first thing each morning. Minor delays may occasionally occur, such as order backlogs following a busy weekend.

Q: What is the Gout Out® return policy?

A: Because our products are health supplements and diagnostic items, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind once opened or unsealed due to health and safety regulations.
